At BEMU, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed and delivered smoothly. Please review our shipping details below:

⚠️Important Notice for International Customers

All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means import duties, taxes, or fees may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total at checkout.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional fees must be paid by the customer receiving the order. BEMU is not responsible for covering these charges and cannot estimate or indicate the cost prior to placing an order. 

If you refuse to pay any applicable customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees, your package will be returned to us. You will be refunded for the product cost, minus any return shipping charges and taxes. Any shipping or return costs resulting from customs refusal will not be covered or reimbursed.

Worldwide Shipping: We proudly offer worldwide shipping.

Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will fully refund your purchase.
